To ensure prompt delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Consequently, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

2. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received within 7 days of the delivery date.

Safety First: As honey is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products. Items must be in their original packaging with the seal unbroken.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or invoice to initiate any return process.

Change of Mind: Returns for preference are only accepted if the product is completely unopened. Return shipping costs in this case are the customer's responsibility.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards:

  • Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal.
  • Items purchased during a sale or clearance event.
  • Gift cards.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email a photo of the item to lokamritofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. This allows us to investigate with our courier partners immediately.

5. Return Process

Missing Orders: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or property offices first. If still missing, contact our support team for assistance.

6. Refunds & Timelines

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: Approved refunds reflect in your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card provider. If the issue persists after 10 business days, reach out to us for a tracking reference.
