1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays in India).
Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Timeline: Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days within India, depending on your location.
Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, courier delays, or logistical issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within India.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Lokamrit is not liable for products damaged or lost once they have been handed over to the courier.
Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit (confirmed by the courier), please contact us at info@lokamrit.com. We will assist in investigating the issue and may offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Refunds for undelivered packages will be processed minus the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred by us.
